Older but clean. The front desk ladies are awesome, great sense of humor. The breakfast I heard so much about while checking in left a bit to be desired. But honestly, no complaints at all. Thanks for the great stay.
We were in town for a concert, and decided not to drive back to Kelowna afterwards. This was a perfect stay for our needs. The service at the front desk was top notch, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was really impressive. We will be making this hotel our go-to when in Penticton, and would highly recommend it to others
We were in town with our two kids visiting family so we stayed here for a few nights. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the pools and hot tub and the small park was great for the kids. Our favourite thing was the delicious breakfast each morning with lots of choices and great service by the friendly staff. We will definitely be staying here again if we are in the area.
We love this place! The service here is always great. We enjoyed our breakfast here as there’s always lots of variety. The pool and hot tub set up is our favourite each year we do our Apex resort trip, we stay here and enjoy it each time.
This was a great family hotel. We loved that our room had a door overlooking the beautiful grass courtyard. We cooked our own food for dinner while the kids ran around, barefoot. The outdoor pool plus indoor pool and jacuzzi was a big plus! And the breakfast buffet was really really good (and super fun for the kids). The beds were also really cozy. And everything was really clean. Great value. We would definitely come again!
Comfortable accommodation with friendly staff. The rooms are older but have been updated and are clean, with an outdoor and indoor pool for the kids. The included breakfast has many options and you can enjoy it sitting outside on the veranda. It was very quiet at night so we slept well.
Perfect Location - 10 min drive downtown/ town centre & 10 min walk to park/beach Rooms were tidy, well-serviced, plush KingSize mattress & fresh smelling linens The kitchenette was completely stocked - from kettle to toaster, chopping board to utensils On our first evening, there were some youths creating public disturbances at the courtyard. We brought the matter up and staff attended to it right away with diplomacy & professionalism Breakfast was bigger & better than I expected - loved the waffles, so perfect no syrup needed, they had a good selection of proteins, grain & fruit Chose this place as we had our dog - he loved it so much, he wanted to stay longer We look forward to booking at Best Western on our next road trip
We stayed recently in a 2 bedroom suite. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and it was a tight squeeze. But it was perfect for just the one night. The breakfast was delicious and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Heather at the front desk was wonderful and friendly when we checked in. The pool was out of commission however that had been communicated to us a few days before which was greatly appreciated!
